Customer: I have 5G WiFi but it’s not connecting.

Answer： The camera does not support 5G WiFi, please check and enable your 2.4G WiFi signal in your wifi router. Most wifi router supports both 2.4G and 5G WiFi. Haicam camera needs to be added and used under 2.4G WiFi.
